Amy Echols was crowned Valentine Queen at the annual Xi Delta Tau, Beta Sigma Phi, Couples Valentine Party on Saturday evening, February 13, at the home of Angie and Mark Thornton in Tignall. Cohosts with the Thorntons were Melissa and Todd Woody.

Mrs. Echols, crowned by Crystal Wheatley, was chosen by the mem- bership as a “dedicated member who is friendly and sweet to everyone, very involved in Beta Sigma Phi and rarely misses a meeting”.

The Thornton home was festively decorated in a Valentine theme with red roses, rose petals and traditional Valentine décor.

Each member brought appetizers which provided a bountiful buffet.
