Promoting healthy hearts by jumping rope


Third graders at Washington-Wilkes Primary School raised $831.13 for the American Heart Association during their annual Jump Robe for the Heart event on February 26. And they also got a little healthy exercise while they were having all the fun. Haleigh Cox (center) raised the most money with donations totaling $75.
