Madelyn Marie Davis

Blake and Angela Davis of Tignall announce the birth of their daughter, Madelyn Marie, on Tuesday, February 9, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Athens. Madelyn weighed 8 lbs. 14 ozs. and was 20 ½ inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Fred and Leonilda Matthews of Rabun County.

Paternal grandparents are Phoebe Davis of Tignall and the late Terry Davis. Paternal great-grandparents are John and Nonie Yochim of Tignall and Charles and Dianne Pullen of Washington. Louie and Vivian Wolozin, also of Tignall, are the paternal great-great-grandparents.

Mrs. Davis is the former Angela Matthews of Rabun County.

Norah Dee Filipiak

Bart and Viranya Filipiak of Hickory, S.C., announce the birth of their daughter, Norah Dee, on Friday, February 19, in Hickory. Dee weighed 6 lbs. 15 ozs. and was 21 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Vinai and Apivant Chanvichai of Phitsanulok, Thailand.

Paternal grandparents are Roch and Elaine Filipiak of Washington.

Mrs. Filipiak is the former Viranya Chanvichai of Phitsanulok.

Andrew Oneal Parks

Timothy and Jennie Parks of Washington announce the birth of their son, Andrew Oneal, on Thursday, February 25, at Athens Regional Hospital in Athens. Andrew weighed seven pounds and was 20 inches long. He has a brother, Logan, 10, and a sister, Amber, three.

Janis Moore of Washington is the maternal grandmother.

Tommy and Jestene Parks of Rayle are the paternal grandparents.

Mrs. Parks is the former Jennie Moore of Washington.
