Sherita Turman shows the first place trophy she won at the Bronner Brothers Boot Camp Competition. Sherita Turman won first place at the 2010 Bronner Brothers Boot Camp Competition held at the Sheraton/ Airport Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Turman competed against approximately 40 highly-trained and experienced licensed cosmetologists, including instructors, from all over the United States.

The competition consisted of a Nu-Expressions Empowerment Workshop lasting 16 hours and included intense training from licensed Master Platform Artists from Tennessee and Alabama.

Winning first place in the competition has allowed Turman to be employed by the Bronner Brothers International Company based in Atlanta. She is also accredited to teach educational seminars and classes to fellow and future cosmetologists. She is a promoter of Nu-Expressions products and will soon begin doing demonstrations and platform artistry.

Turman is the owner of Sherita’s Hair Salon in Washington and is the mother of three boys.
