Funeral services for Ola Bell Hall, 88, were held Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at Springfield Baptist Church, Washington, with Rev. G.L. Avery officiating. Interment was in City West Cemetery, Washington. She died July 2.

Mrs. Hall was the daughter of the late Goodney and Lizzie Ferrell, and was the widow of Howard Hall. She was a member of Springfield Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter and her husband, Lizzie and Willie Joe Gartrell; a stepson and his wife, Robert James and Mary Richardson of Atlanta; three grandchildren, Belinda Booker, Joel Gartrell, and Angela Wynn; seven greatgrandchildren; and two great-greatgrandchildren; a brother, Charlie C. Ferrell, Washington; and a sister, Barbara Cox of Detroit, Mich.

Pallbearers included Willie Robert Wingfield, James Pettus, Eugene Rusher, Tony Hall, Freddie Hall, and Curtis Turner.

McLendon Memorial Funeral Home of Washington was in charge of arrangements.
