Alexander William Andrews, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ashley Andrews, celebrated his second birthday on Saturday, June Saturday, June 26.

On his birthday family and friends gathered at the Andrews home for a pools ide cookout honoring Alex. The monkethemepoolparty was complete with balloons and decorations.

Hamburgers and hot dogs with all the trimmings were served. Alex and his guests also enjoyed his “Pool Monkey” birthday cake.

Guests had fun swimming and playing with party favors, water blaster tubes and mini-monkey beach balls.

Celebrating with Alex and his parents were his brother, Ashton; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Andrews of Washington and Mr. and Mrs. Lanny Bryant of Lincolnton; Mr. and Mrs. Adam Andrews and Athen, Mrs. Ames Barnett and Porter, Mrs. Jon Bennett and Alli, Mrs. Edward Blackmon Jr. and Trey, Mr. and Mrs. Robbie Eubank, Porter and Carson, Mr. and Mrs. Trey Smith, Harper and Ansley, all of Washington and Sara Beth Moss of Lincolnton.
