Jacob (Jake) Durham, son of Chad and Jennifer Durham, celebrated his first birthday on June 18.

For his birthday, Jake was treated to dinner. Celebrating with Jake and his parents were his brother, Hunter; sister, Kailee; and Papa, Dan Durham.

The following day, June 19, Jake celebrated with his family. Grilled chicken, coleslaw, stew, barbecue, deviled eggs, noodle salad, pork and beans, bread, cucumber salad and drinks were enjoyed. In addition to his big “1” cake that read “Happy 1st Jake,” Jake had a smaller “1” cake.

Celebrating with Jake and his family were Dan and Rena Durham, Linda Phillips, Pat Henderson, Dawn Cosby, James Walton, Ed and Patty Durham, Nathan and Levi, all of Washington, Ryan and Christen Hite and Will of Watkinsville, and Cory Hite and Abby of Texas.

After the party Jake, his parents, brother and sister, enjoyed an evening trip to the lake. Others present for these festivities were Dan and Rena Durham, Linda Phillips, Will and Abby.
