Jackson Thornton, son of Mark and Angie Thornton, was six years old on July 20 and celebrated on several occasions.

Festivities began on July 17 when Jackson and his cousin, Taylor Echols, were treated at Elijah Clark State Park. The cousins shared a chocolate frosted cake inscribed “Happy Birthday Jackson and Taylor.” Helping them celebrate were Jackson’s parents; sister, Laney; grandparents, Bobby and Vivie Ann Wilson and Gene and Caroline Thornton, and Ben and Tammy Echols and Dylan, Taylor’s parents and brother.

Jackson celebrated again on July 20 at LaCabana Mexican Restaurant with his parents, grandparents, Gene and Caroline Thornton and Bobby and Vivie Ann Wilson; and his uncle, aunt, and cousin, Ben and Tammy Echols and Dylan.

On Friday, July 23, Jackson’s mom treated him, his sister, Laney, also, Heather Hammond, Brock and Camden, and Taylor Echols to lunch at the Pizza Joint in Martinez and then Adventure Crossing in Augusta.
