Ludie Ella Griggs

Jon and Noelle Griggs of Washington announce the birth of their daughter, Ludie Ella, on Wednesday, August 18, at their home on the Lincolnton Road. Ludie Ella, named for her paternal great-greatgrandmothers, weighed 9 lbs. 14 ozs. and was 21 ½ inches long. She has two sisters, Brennah, nine, and Maddie, six, and a brother, Findlay, three.

Maternal grandparents are Jim and Debbie Sutton of Fort Worth, Tex., formerly of Washington. Pat Tippins of Washington is the maternal great-grandmother.

Paternal grandparents are Jim and Linda Griggs of Washington. Sarah Curtis, also of Washington, is the paternal great-grandmother.

Mrs. Griggs is the former Noelle Sutton of Washington.

Alaiyah AuNadia Smith

Erik Lane Smith of Lincolnton and Trista Adams of Washington announce the birth of their daughter, Alaiyah AuNadia Smith, on Saturday, July 3, at University Hospital in Augusta. Alaiyah weighed 7 lbs. 2 ozs. and was 20 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Carlos and Sonya Adams of Washington. Maternal great-grandparents are Jessie M. Kendrick, also, Irene Adams and the late Billy Paul Adams of Washington.

Paternal grandparents are Lane Smith of Washington and Michele Maddox of Lincolnton. Paternal great-grandparents are Jim Cullars and the late Mary Virginia Irvin of Washington.
