Expenditure could be better used for seniors’ utility bills

TO THE EDITOR:

At the last city hall meeting, it was brought up by one of the city councilmen to use money to put a water park at the city pool at the cost of $250,000 for the young people in District One. If the city has this much extra money, let it be used to help the senior citizens in Districts One and Two pay on their light bill to free up money for food and medicine.

Do something for them for a change.
