Bottle digger is passionate about his hobby


Tom Duggan (left) told some amazing stories and outlined many interesting facts about bottles in Wilkes County during his presentation to the Washington Rotary Club. He spoke about the history of the Washington Bottling Company and its locations and he showed photos of many of the bottles in his collection. He told of a number of soft drinks which had been bottled in Washington during the twentieth century including Coca-Cola, Chero Cola, Bludwine, Orange Cola, Nu-Grape, and Nu-Icy.
