Waggoners choir to sing at New Ford program on Feb. 12

The highly-regarded Waggoners Fellowship Grove Choir of Waggoners Grove Baptist Church of Colvert, Georgia, will provide the music for the upcoming Black History program at New Ford Baptist Church of Danburg.

Founded in 1855, Waggoners Grove Church has, down through the years, been known for the highly spiritual and inspirational songs sung by its great choirs.

Worshipers at the Black History program will be blessed as they sing many of the great songs of Zion at 3 p.m. on February 12, at New Ford Baptist.

Rev. James White Jr., New Ford pastor, said, “their great singing will augment the great preaching of my good friend Rev. Dr. Sam Davis of Beulah Grove Baptist Church of Augusta.

“The Wilkes County community is invited to be present for this most meaningful worship experience.”
