Gary Michael Hall
Funeral services for Gary Michael Hall, 57, of Orr Road, Washington, were held Monday, January 30, 2012, at Kiokee Baptist Church with Rev. Wes Gardener officiating. Interment was at Schucraft Cemetery in Appling. He died Thursday, January 26, at his home.
Mr. Hall was a native of Augusta and the son of the late Zackie Hall and Lucile Collins Hall Maddox, and dad, Howard Rosier Maddox. He was a senior partner of Hall, Hall & Associates, PC, a firm he started 32 years ago. He was a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Forensic Accountant. He had earned a Black Belt in Karate and specifically enjoyed teaching self-defense. He had a strong work ethic and enjoyed being physically fit. He was an avid Hunter, outdoorsman and horseman. He raised and trained squirrel dogs and loved the beauty of nature and all it had to offer.
Survivors include his wife, Christine M. Hall, Washington; a son, Zachary Hall, and his wife Michelle of Cartersville; three daughters, Brandy, and her husband Bryan Kubitz of Marietta, April Miller of Atlanta, and Marcie Hall of Kennesaw; a sister, Zandra Tullis of Evans; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers included Dr. Reginald Pilcher, Timothy Couture, Greg Young, Gerald Merritt, Randy Turner, and Daniel Berry.
