April and Jonathan Wheatley of Washington announce the birth of their daughter, Hally Carolyn, on Thursday, January 19, at University Hospital in Augusta. Hally weighed 7 lbs. and was 20 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Tanya and Mike Smith of Washington. Maternal great-grandparents are Tommy Jackson and the late Sara Combs Jackson, also Carolyn Smith and the late Bill Smith, all of Washington.

Paternal grandparents are Elaine and Jimmy Wheatley, also of Washington. Paternal great-grandparents are the late Ethel Floyd of Comer, Manuel Wheatley and the late Linda Callaway Wheatley of Washington.

Mrs. Wheatley is the former April Smith of Washington.
