TO THE EDITOR:

We are happy to report that our blood drive for February was a great success. A total of 70 donors gave blood, 21 at the morning drive at the hospital and 39 at the afternoon drive at First United Methodist Church.

There is still a shortage of blood at Shepeard Community Blood Center, especially Type O Negative. So we need to spread the word and bring a new donor to the May drive.
