Three get academic honors for spring at Ga. Southern

Lauren Chafin and Brannon James of Washington are among 1,340 students at Georgia Southern University recently recognized for excellence in academics on the 2016 Spring Semester President’s List.

To be eligible for the President’s List, a student must have at least a 4.0 grade point average and carry a minimum of 12 hours for the semester.

At the same time, Robert Reville, a Civil Engineering major from Washington, has been named to the Dean’s List. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, a student must have at least a 3.5 grade point average and carry a minimum of 12 hours for the semester.
