Auditions for ‘A Christmas Carol’ set

The Washington Little Theater will hold auditions for its production of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol on Sunday, August 20, at 3 p.m. and Tuesday, August 22, at 7 p.m.

All ages are encouraged to try out. You do not need to bring anything to the audition, just a willingness to bring this Dickens classic to life during the Christmas season. In addition to acting roles, support is also sought for costumes, props, set building, and other backstage activities.

A Christmas Carol will be directed by veteran director Stan Coe and is tentatively scheduled for December 8, 9, 10, 15, 16. Dates will be confirmed based on availability of cast and crew. Rehearsals will begin September 10.

All auditions will be held at the Bolton Lunceford Playhouse located at 313 N. Alexander Ave. in Washington. You do not need to pre-register for the audition. If you are interested in participating but unable to make either the August 20 or 22 dates, or if you have questions, send an email to washingtonlittletheater@gmail.com.
