New online ticketing platform will simplify outings for patrons

In an effort to improve box office operations, the Washington Little Theater Company has implemented the Vendini ticketing platform. Patrons now have the freedom to select their own seats, buy tickets online using a credit card, and choose a delivery method – either print tickets at home, pickup at Will Call, or even scan to a smart phone. Depending on the delivery method chosen, an usher will simply scan patrons’ tickets when they arrive, letting them bypass the box office line altogether.

The process is very simple and takes only a few minutes. Just click Order Tickets from the theater website (WashingtonLittleTheater.org) and follow the intuitive online instructions. (Season Ticket holders have a few extra steps, which are explained on their new Season Ticket cards being mailed this week.)

Those without access to the internet can still leave a message on the theater reservation line at 706-678-9582, or patrons can buy tickets onsite at the box office which opens 45 minutes prior to showtime.

Theater-goers will be able to buy tickets online or reserve via the phone line up to three (3) hours prior to showtime. After that, tickets will have to be bought in person at the box office, which opens 45 minutes prior to showtime.

Going forward, patrons will also be able to buy Season Tickets and register for Drama Camp online. No more printing out forms, filling them in, and mailing in a check.

As with all other ticketing systems, a small service fee is applied to each ticket.
