A reception honoring Father Dwight Ogier and his wife, Babs, was held Sunday afternoon, March 4, at Magnolia Cottage, home of Ginny King and Skeet Willingham on West Robert Toombs Avenue.

Father Ogier has served as interim priest-in-charge at the Episcopal Church of the Mediator since October of 2016, and will be returning to his home in Clarkesville following Easter services on April 1.

Approximately 40 parishioners and friends gathered to enjoy a variety of desserts during the reception.

Senior Warden Betsy Wagner presented Mrs. Ogier with a contribution for her home church, Grace Calvary Episcopal in Clarkesville, and Father Ogier with a gift to assist in his favorite pastime of woodworking.
