Sarah Quinn Hardy enjoys several third birthday celebrations

Sarah Quinn Hardy, daughter of Ashton and Gaynor Hardy of Rayle, celebrated her third birthday which was November 19 on several occasions.

On Saturday, October 27, Sarah Quinn celebrated with a party at her home. The walkout basement of her home was decorated in a non-scary Halloween theme with spider webs adorning the porches, Halloween characters and banners hanging around, and pumpkins and hay bales scattered throughout.

Sandwiches cut in Halloween shapes were served with other Halloween theme foods as well as a Halloween cake, made by Leah Stevens, Halloween birthday cookies, made by Jessica Wells, and punch.

Guests enjoyed painting wooden Halloween characters, their takehome favors, and a hayride at dusk.

In lieu of gifts, guests were asked to bring animal food and supplies to donate to WW Dawgs.

Celebrating with Sarah Quinn, parents, and younger brother, John Thomas, were grandparents, Alice and Tim Hardin of Washington and Debra and Joe Hardy of Rayle; aunt, Jennifer Casella of Evans, and a host of family and friends.

Sarah Quinn also celebrated at the home of her “Mammie,” Alice Hardin, with her daycare friends on Friday, November 16. Cupcakes made by Mrs. Hardin and Sarah Quinn were served with cheese puffs, heart and numeral “3” sugar cookies made by her “Granny” Debra Hardy, and juice boxes.

On her actual birthday Sarah Quinn celebrated with her brother, parents, grandparents, Aunt Jennifer, and uncle, Preston Hardin of Athens, with a spaghetti dinner and Barbie cake at her home.
