Registration is now open for the 12th annual Miss Wilkes County Pageant, set for Saturday, February 23. The event will return to The Pope Center in Washington, where it began in 2007. Also, the Washington Woman’s Club is again sponsoring a $500 academic scholarship in the Miss Division.
